The pilot is optional and carries no cost. Its eight-week duration is deliberate: it is long enough to cover a full cycle of recurring work, which is what allows your firm to assess the prioritization under its own workload rather than in a demonstration.

At the end of the pilot

If your firm continues, it moves to $34 per user per month and retains every record entered during the pilot: engagements, timesheets, approvals and costing history. Nothing is reset and no re-entry is required.

If your firm does not continue, it may still export its timesheets, and the data is retained for two years.

Is $34 the only rate?

Yes. $34 CAD per user per month, plus GST and QST. That is the published rate.

Are there setup, onboarding or migration fees?

Nothing beyond the per-user rate is published on this page. Should your situation involve work not described here, we will confirm it in writing before your firm commits.

What about minimum seats or a term commitment?

Raise it with us during the pilot and we will set the terms out in writing for your firm.
